Mustafadinler (hereinafter, "the company") provides civil engineering services, structural design, load simulation, and infrastructure development for corporate tenders. Access to the portal and its contents is governed by the conditions set forth herein.
The user agrees to use the portal solely for professional purposes related to civil engineering projects. Unauthorized access to the secure document area, unauthorized reproduction of technical drawings, or distribution of confidential subcontractor information is prohibited.
All plans, simulations, calculation reports, and technical documents published on the portal are the exclusive property of Mustafadinler or its corporate clients. No right of reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is granted without express written authorization.
The company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the misuse of the technical information available on the portal. The results of simulations and structural calculations are provided for reference and do not substitute independent verification by the user. Mustafadinler does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
The user must maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials to the secure area. Any activity carried out from their account will be their responsibility. If unauthorized use is detected, they must immediately notify the company.
Mustafadinler reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the portal and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
The company may suspend or cancel access to the portal immediately if the user breaches any of the clauses of these terms. In the event of termination, the user must cease using the portal and delete any copies of downloaded documents.

These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
